Our special composition of 5 different
Beans and 4 countries, comes mostly from coffee cooperatives where many small farmers have joined together.
Especially with our bean creation (RENNSPRIT) it was important to us to have a mild and
to create high-quality coffee.

The beans
Our Arabica beans come from Brazil and Nicaragua.
The Robusta beans come from Vietnam
and India.

The roastery in Italy
Through the use of slow and careful drum roasting and the conscientious selection of the beans, our coffee is particularly low in acid.

Ongoing control
Quality comes first. The beans are constantly checked visually and taste-wise.

That's probably a saying that really rings true here, because to really get a good bean, it takes time and patience.
To be more precise, the slower and gentler the roasting is, the better the quality.
Quality = low acidity, rich in antioxidants, good taste
